A COMMUNITY road and pedestrian safety event is set to take place in Nunthorpe.
The free event, from 10am-5pm at Nunthorpe Academy on Saturday, November 21, has been organised by ward councillors Jon Rathmell and Lesley McGloin.
Also there on the day are:
Coulby Newham Neighbourhood Policing Team – offering free bicycle security stamping.
Coulby Newham Fire Station firefighters – bringing an appliance to look around and promoting their free winter vehicle safety checks.
Middlesbrough Council’s Road Safety Officer offering the chance to test your braking skills.
Mill Garages North East will be attending & providing free “Volvo Life Paint”.
Dr Bike will be available offering you the opportunity to maintain your bicycles for the winter.
