GATESHEAD’S FA Trophy quarter-final replay against Leyton Orient at the International Stadium due to take place on Tuesday 27 February has been postponed.
The fixture is now set to take place on Tuesday 6 March at 7:45pm.
In view of the much-publicised weather warnings – both clubs and the FA unanimously agreed that the best course of action was to postpone the match until next Tuesday.
This gives supporters enough notice so that they are not affected by the postponement and can make the appropriate travel arrangements next week.
In light of this, Gateshead’s National League fixture at Aldershot due to take place on 6 March will now be rearranged.
