GREEN fingered householders can give their Christmas decorations the personal touch at three, special, festive events.
On Friday 27 and Monday 30 November and Wednesday 9 December, Wynyard Hall Hotel, Tees Valley, is hosting wreath-making workshops for those keen to get crafty this Christmas.
Using foliage gathered from the luxury hotel’s 150 acres of grounds, Sunderland-based florist Zoe Overton will demonstrate how to make the perfect traditional garland, while complimentary drinks and canapés are served.
Guests will then have the chance to create their own Christmas wreaths, which they will be able to take home with them after the event.
The wreath-making workshops will be held between 2pm and 5pm and from 6pm to 9pm on Friday 27, from 4pm to 7pm on Monday 30 and from 6pm to 9pm on Wednesday 9 December.
