North East based leading water and wastewater treatment solutions specialists – Premier Tech Aqua – has joined together with over 3250 team members across 24 countries to share and embrace the company’s common culture and core values through participating in Premier Tech’s shirt day.
The company, formerly known as Conder Aqua Solutions, partnered with Canada based Premier Tech in 2014 to position the Peterlee based company as an industry world leader through maximizing its innovation, manufacturing and distribution capabilities.
With the partnership proving to be a success, the company has recently launched a series of innovative new products, as well as experienced a recent recruitment drive to fulfill the company’s growing needs.
And celebrating Premier Tech’s tradition of PT-shirt day – which has now been running for over 20 years – provided the company with the opportunity to unite together with branches all over the world to share its passion of creating value for its clients.
Speaking about shirt day, Steve Joyce, Managing Director at Premier Tech Aqua said: “All of our employees have fully embraced and enjoyed engaging in Premier Tech’s shirt day. The day itself provides an excellent occasion for all employees of Premier Tech across the globe to take stock of what really underpins the business and has enabled the business to grow on such a huge scale. And that is our culture and values combined with our ongoing commitment to consistently create value for our new and existing growing client base.

This year’s PT shirt day encompassed the theme WE CREATE, an acronym to symbolise what the company stands for in terms of its people, nature and technology – Warming Engaging, Communicating, Relaxing, Educating, Atmosphere, Talking and Exciting.
To represent this, Premier Tech Aqua commissioned leading contemporary artist Carlito Dalceggio to create a unique art piece to showcase in a unique fashion the company’s core identity. Employees at Premier Tech all received a shirt with the bespoke art piece on the back as a symbol of the business’ uniqueness and unity.
Steve added: “Creating a universal culture at Premier Tech that is driven by our business values has always been incredibly important. Our employees are fantastic ambassadors of the company fully representing our ambitious vision and we are extremely grateful that we have days such as these to reflect on the great culture that we have helped to build.”
