Screen Shot 2015-07-16 at 12.36.01TEE off at some of the best courses in the area as part of the sixth annual Stockton Golf Week.

Between Monday 27 July and Saturday 1 August, golfers are invited to step out onto the greens at six top class golf venues at exclusively discounted rates.

A mix of individual and four ball competitions are available throughout the week and players can choose to compete in all six days or just pay to play on individual days.

Councillor Norma Wilburn, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council’s Cabinet Member for Arts, Leisure and Culture, said: “There are six stunning courses involved this year and Golf Week offers a real challenge to both serious and casual players.

“Golf Week runs alongside this year’s fantastic Stockton International Riverside Festival (SIRF) and just goes to show the great opportunities for leisure and play we have on offer for people who live and work in Stockton Borough and beyond.”

Individual competition places, priced at £20 per person, are available at:

  • Darlington Golf Club on Monday 27 July
  • Teesside Golf Club on Tuesday 28 July
  • Eaglescliffe Golf Club on Wednesday 29 July

Four ball competition places, priced between £20 and £35 per person, are available at:

  • Billingham Golf Club on Thursday 30 July
  • Rockliffe Hall Gold Club on Friday 31 July
  • Wynyard Golf Club on Saturday 1 August

Tee times are between 10am and 2pm on each day and will be allocated at the time of booking.
