VISITORS to a leading North East spa can now enjoy the natural benefits of seaweed, thanks to a new collaboration.
Ramside Hall Hotel’s multi-award-winning Spa at Ramside– on the outskirts of Durham – has teamed up with global luxury and sustainable lifestyle brand VOYA Organic Beauty, to introduce a new range of treatments inspired by the ancient Irish tradition of seaweed bathing.
Seaweed naturally absorbs nourishment from the sea and is made up of 800 essential minerals, vitamins and other bioactive compounds.
And Spa guests be able to enjoy VOYA full body treatments along with focussed treatments, such as the Reflex Renew Foot Massage and Tranquil Indian Scalp massage, using a choice of oils.
The Spa at Ramside will also offer an exclusive treatment, the Voyage to Ramside Signature Massage, which eases muscle tension with gentle and stimulating movements and stretches replicating the movement of the sea.
Victoria Walker, Ramside Spa General Manager, said she was “delighted VOYA will be part of our Spa at Ramside experience.”
“We have been working collectively to produce the perfect treatment menu along with creating a new exclusive signature treatment,” she said.
“And we can’t wait for all our spa guests and members to come along and experience it for themselves.”
Mark Walton, VOYA M.D, said: “VOYA are thrilled to partner with the wonderful Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa.
“Their focus on wellness is hugely important to us at VOYA. We love to work with partners who are dedicated to providing quality experiences and want to make a real impact on their guests’ wellbeing.
“With their highly skilled team, beautiful spa and calming surroundings, Ramside is the perfect place for customers to experience VOYA products and treatments.”
