MIDDLESBROUGH’S iconic Central Library is in the spotlight next week as part of the town’s Local History Month.
Historian PA Morbid will visit the building next Thursday (May 14) to give a talk entitled A Short History of the Central Library.
The talk will explore the founding of the library and audience members will have a chance to view some of the local history resources available in the Reference Library.
The talk takes place from 11am in the Central Library in Centre Square.
Copies of the Centenary Brochure and plans of the Library will be available at the special offer price of £2.
