Hobby Fayre at Middlesbrough Central Library

Screen Shot 2015-06-23 at 14.32.08A HOBBY fayre is to be held at Middlesbrough’s Central Library on Saturday, September 26 from 10am-3pm.

Middlesbrough Community Learning Service and Middlesbrough Libraries are working in partnership with clubs, societies, adult education and leisure course providers across the town and further to put on the event.

Those interested in taking up a new hobby are welcome to attend and find out about a host of courses and opportunities including gardening and flower arranging or even learning a new language.

Cleveland College of Art and Design will be on hand to give information about sewing, drawing, painting, textiles courses and about courses to help you turn your hobby into a business.

Representatives of Middlesbrough Bridge Club, Middlesbrough Chess Club, Middlesbrough Philatelists and Middlesbrough Miniaturists will also be in attendance.

Additionally anyone interested in sports can talk to people from the Acorn Centre in Acklam and running clubs such as Swift Tees.
