Ouseburn’s Kite Communications has extended its range of services to address the shortage of 3D design and construction solutions available to regional exhibitors.

Known as Kite21, the team has already project managed overseas exhibitions as far afield as India and as close to home as Barcelona for the recent Gastech Exhibition 2018, producing bespoke stands for Teekay Marine Solutions (Bermuda) Ltd and OSL Consulting Ltd in Humberside.

Alan Poskitt, director at Kite21 says, “Custom-built exhibition stands with 3D structures, rigging, plumbing, lighting and flooring are complex undertakings with dizzying responsibility for organisers in the UK and overseas. We provide a wide skill set for a range of stand building projects with all the expertise you’d get in London and Birmingham, but on the doorstep.

“Exhibition building is a logistical challenge and you need support from a reliable partner to ensure your stand is shipped and built on time to rigorous safety guidelines as well as ensuring it’s dismantled within a short time-frame.”

Adam Dixon, Logistics Coordinator for Teekay’s LNG Ship to Ship transportation team praised Kite21: “As an exhibitor, if you can buy with confidence and receive a great service and stress free experience you enjoy a more successful show. Alan provided communication at every stage so we could focus on our core business of selling our services.”

Alan adds, “Our approach is simple; design great spaces, build to a high standard and offer great service at a lower price, making use of the best equipment, partnering with specialists and using hands-on global insights to support our creative process.

“Being able to trust a team to project-manage a bespoke stand build in Toronto, Tokyo or Teesside is a promise our business hangs its reputation on. I believe Kite21 provides an outstanding level of capability right here in Newcastle.”
