Private Landlords, Agents and any other organisations with an interest in Private Sector Housing are being urged to attend a landlord’s forum next month.
The event run by Hambleton District Council takes place on Tuesday 7 February at Evolution Business Centre, County Business Park, Darlington Road, Northallerton at 1.30pm.
Gillian Duffy, Director of Davies Tracey Ltd, Chartered Accountants will be attending to give a brief talk on the major tax changes about to take place for landlords.
Environmental Health Officers will also be attending to discuss the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and condensation and mould.
