Teesside law firm Endeavour Partnership has become one of the first companies in the UK to adopt unique North East-developed software to strengthen its position as a leading legal sector employer.
The Stockton firm, which has started a recruitment drive for 2016 as it continues with its development, has invested in Hive HR, cloud-based software to help businesses work more efficiently with their teams to meet their needs.
The software is designed to help organisations understand, measure and improve employee engagement through the use of weekly, anonymous micro surveys rather than the typical annual employee survey.
Stockton-based Hive HR was developed and launched by Teesside technology leaders, Visualsoft. Having grown significantly and now employing over 200 people, Visualsoft developed the software to use in their own organisation before releasing the product for other businesses to benefit from.

As well as the new HR technology, Endeavour has recently established a health and well-being committee to provide exercise sessions, healthy food ideas, social events and advice to the team on an ongoing basis.
