Renowned rural and commercial insurance brokers, H&H Insurance Brokers, have announced that Ryan Roberts has been appointed Associate Director. Covering the north of England, Cumbrian and Scotland, Ryan’s new role will see him take on a key position in driving and retaining new business, as well as managing company performance, and sourcing new market opportunities. In his new role he will support the future development of the company and with a focus on their future expansion and innovation plans.
Born and bred in Carlisle, Ryan originally worked as a chef before joining H&H insurance nine years ago as an office junior. Since then he has steadily worked his way up the company, citing establishing the North Wales division of H&H insurance Brokers as his greatest career achievement to date. Ryan holds qualifications with the Chartered Insurance Institute, which he has built up during his time with H&H.
Established in 1987, H&H Insurance Brokers Ltd are a Chartered Broker employing over 30 members of staff across the north of England, Wales and Scotland and are today one of the foremost independent insurance brokers in the country.
As a longstanding member of the H&H team, Ryan already has a great understanding of the needs of the company. His appointment follows years of hard work and reaffirms his commitment to and in-depth knowledge of both H&H Insurance Brokers and the insurance profession.
Speaking following his appointment, Ryan said: “I am hugely looking forward to beginning a new chapter of my career with H&H. They are a company I am incredibly proud to work for, and in my new role as Associate Director my aim is to work with our team of professional advisers to further develop business across the north of England and Scotland.”
Ryan also spoke of his pride in working for a company that provides bespoke services to its clients and makes an effort to have a base within the area where it operates. He added:
“H&H really care about their customers and want to get them the best policy to suit their needs. I am very proud of the customer service we provide, exemplified by the fact we do not have a call centre and can be contacted by our clients directly.”
