ONE of the North East’s best loved venues is swapping summer sunshine for snow and sing-a-longs at a special, bank holiday event this month.
On Monday, 31 August, four star Lumley Castle Hotel, Chester-le-Street, is inviting youngsters and their families to afternoon tea, with the chance to meet Snow Sisters, Anna and Elsa.
And not only will children have their photograph taken with the popular characters, but they will also join them in a sing-along of some of their favourite songs before dancing the day away at a disco.
The Snow Sisters afternoon tea will take place between 3pm and 5.30pm and is suitable for children aged from three upwards, accompanied by a paying adult.
