Motor retailer Lookers has been unveiled as the official vehicle sponsor for this summer’s World Transplant Games in NewcastleGateshead.
Lookers is providing 11 World Transplant Games 2019 branded vehicles that will be used by World Transplant Games Federation members, as well as to assist local organisers travelling between venues and transport equipment in the run up to and during the Games. The first vehicle has already been handed over to Games delivery partner MLS.
Several of Lookers’ North East franchises are working together to support the Games and will provide a dedicated point of contact and service assistance at each dealership.
In August NewcastleGateshead will welcome around 2,500 participants from 60 countries to take place in the World Transplant Games. Between 17–24 August participants from as young as 6 through to 84 will complete in a range of sporting events across venues in NewcastleGateshead and Sunderland.

The World Transplant Games NewcastleGateshead 2019 are supported by a number of business both in the North East and nationally. These supporters include Games Sponsors Westfield Health and HSBC, as well as Collingwood Insurance who are providing the insurance for the official vehicles.
