Lord Crewe Arms is excited to partner with Seaham Hall on the next event in the Taste Of The North East chefs table series, featuring chefs across the region.

This month, on the 28th of April, the executive chef at Seaham Hall, Damian Broom will be presenting his unique cuisine that focuses on ingredient-led, regional plates of food with an emphasis on flavour.

Damien proudly has a focus on regional and seasonal small plates, using traditional and modern cooking methods. He utilises the regions wild plants, herbs, berries and pickles, and preserves these special ingredients to use throughout the year in his incredible cuisine. The Lord Crewe Arms are excited to showcase his food in the heart of Blanchland.

Prior to his time at Seaham Hall, Damien has worked as the executive head chef at The Oakley Court in Windsor, The Idle Rocks Hotel in Cornwall, as the head chef at Danesfield House Hotel and Spa in Buckinghamshire, and at The Old Vicarage Hotel & Restaurant in Worfield.

With only 16 exclusive seats available in the intimate setting of Lord Crewe Arm’s private dining area, The Gatehouse, this is an opportunity that foodie fans will not want to miss.

In addition to the great food, 75%* of proceeds from the event will be donated to charity, making this event not only a feast for the senses but also a chance to give back. Tickets for a seat at the chefs table are £75 per person, featuring a sumptuous four-course meal, complemented by a glass of exquisite English sparkling wine upon arrival and freshly brewed coffee to conclude the dining experience. For those looking to elevate their evening, recommended wine pairings will be available.
