The only way is up for Mediaworks — which has welcomed eight new recruits to its award-winning digital marketing agency. With the new financial year only just beginning and an office expansion on the horizon; Mediaworks can look forward to yet another record-breaking year in 2018.
Dan Step has joined Mediaworks as a Business Development Manager, having previously worked for Roundhouse Digital. Adding to the wealth of experience already in the Business Development team, Dan will be assisting clients with their sales and marketing strategy implementation and advising on new digital solutions to meet their business goals. He will also be responsible for new business growth across the North East and wider UK.
Secondly, Ross Brown has joined the agency as an SEO Executive. With a background in UX design at HMRC, Ross will apply his experience in technical analysis and user support to boost clients search visibility online.
Natasha Christou has recently joined as a Digital Marketing Executive and is using her past experience in social media and advertising to help secure online coverage for a range of clients across several industries. Her appointment will allow Mediaworks to continue to deliver exceptional results for a growing portfolio of clients.
Joining as a Marketing and Communications Executive is Jason Moss, who graduated from the University of Sunderland with a MA in Marketing and BA in Events Management. Jason will be working in the Communications department helping to organise events across the UK, such as Mediaworks latest Data-Driven Breakfast Seminar in Edinburgh, whilst also building the visibility of the Mediaworks brand.
Adding to the eight new recruits is Amy Hodgetts, who joins the Copywriting team. Graduating from the University of Glasgow with a BA in English Language, she will make a great addition to the team helping to create quality content for Mediaworks clients.
Jack Woods has joined the Insights team with five years’ experience in the world of marketing. With degrees from both Newcastle and Teesside University and experience as a Marketing Manager for a business in Oxford, Jack possesses a talent for analysing campaign data to ensure they deliver the best possible results.
Adding an extra member to the PPC team, Mediaworks welcomed Emily Greenwood, with two years’ experience working for a finance company as a Marketing Executive, she is looking forward to working for a fast-paced digital marketing agency and is ready for the challenge.
Finally, Ellis Hudson, who has joined the Development team as a Junior .Net Developer. Graduating from the University of Sunderland with a BSC in Applied Business Computing, Ellis will be tasked with building frameworks for websites and apps using C#, .Net and CMS platforms.
