A luxury house builder has celebrated its 100th sale since starting up less than seven years ago.

To celebrate this significant moment in the house builder’s history, Duchy Homes North East MD John Barnes presented the special 100th buyers with a gift voucher for Langley Castle Hotel.
Mr & Mrs Dodd, who bought a beautiful stone-built 4-bedroom home at Chesters Meadow in Humshaugh, were thrilled with the gift of a luxury retreat at the magnificent 14th century castle, which holds its own significance to the couple as the place at which they were married! Speaking of the occasion, Mr Dodd said: “My wife and I are pleased to be part of the Duchy Homes milestone. We are really enjoying our new home and the specification is very high.”
Mr and Mrs Dodd share their new home with their 9-month old daughter Mollie and Labrador Duncan, and have really appreciated Duchy Homes’ combined focus on location and quality. “Our property offers a great family living space in a quiet setting.
