  • To support customers who are unable to leave home or get to their local authorised workshop, FCA extends all manufacturer warranty, Mopar maintenance plans or extended warranties that expire during the current lockdown period
  • Many authorised workshops are open for urgent servicing and repairs of key workers vehicles

In these difficult times, Mopar is putting practical actions into effect by working with its authorised workshop network and customer service teams to keep key worker’s cars on the road, as well as extending expiring warranty and maintenance plans.

Mopar is working to reassure all Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Fiat Professional customers by extending any manufacturer warranty, Mopar maintenance plan or extended warranty that will expire during the lockdown period by one month from the end of the shutdown.  Customers should contact the customer services centre* who will provide them with a case number to activate the extension. All bookings that had to be cancelled during this period will also be rescheduled once lockdown is lifted.

While all showrooms are currently closed, following the UK Government advice, a number of authorised workshops remain open across the FCA retailer network to provide support and emergency repairs for key workers’ vehicles. Workshops that remain open will be operating at a reduced capacity and have adapted their processes to meet the Government guidelines for social distancing.
