MSH Waste Solutions Join Lions As Corporate Partner

MSH Waste Solutions are the latest business to form a commercial partnership with Teesside Lions and will become the squad tracksuit sponsor for the National League side.

MSH is a Stockton based company that provides transport solutions for the safe removal and transport of waste materials. The company is owned by local businessman Michael Hill who has more than 20 years experience in the industry and has this year secured contracts in Germany and Poland to add to the growing list of local and national clients.

Michael is expanding his fleet with the addition of two new specialist vehicles and this coincides with the development of his business and the decision to raise his brand awareness by becoming a sponsor of Teesside Lions.

Michael, of Middlesbrough, said:

“I became aware of Teesside Lions a few months ago when I saw a news article about their plans to bring professional basketball to the area. I enjoyed reading the article and from research, the club is a real gem on Teesside. Following a meeting with James Thomson I was sold on the project and pleased to support.

“I have to say, I was very impressed with how professional the organisation is and I am looking forward to watching my first game of basketball in September.”

The addition of MSH follows hot on the heels of Ithica Films and Lions commercial director, Martin Anderson, himself a key corporate sponsor with his own company Lemon Business solutions, is keen to encourage more local businesses to join the ambitious and exciting project, and not only support the cause but raise their brand awareness of products and services across the UK as well as locally.

Club Chairman, James Thomson, is pleased to welcome MSH to the corporate partners, stating:

“I am really pleased to welcome Michael and MSH Waste Solutions into the Corporate Partners family of Teesside Lions. MSH, like ourselves, are a growing business with a strong reputation. I am sure the relationship will be a mutually beneficial one and would like to thank Michael for his support.”

Teesside Lions are planning to stage a pre season friendly on Sunday 4th August at Eston Sports Academy. Tip off will be 3pm with an International U16 All Star game taking place from 2pm. Spectators are welcome and more details can be found at www.TeessideLions.com or by calling 01642 262818.
