North East Connected

Hopping Across The North East From Hub To Hub

New aerial images show Middlesbrough development nearing completion

Aerial photography has been released by award-winning housebuilder, Story Homes, to showcase its Middlesbrough development, Kingsbrook Wood, which is rapidly nearing completion.

Kingsbrook Wood launched in 2014, and comprises a collection of 126 three and four-bedroom family homes. With only one property remaining available, the development – which was the second of Story Homes’ sites to launch in the North East – is also set to be the second in the region to be fully sold.

The housebuilder expects the final completions to take place in spring 2018.

Gillian Bell, Sales Manager at Story Homes, said: “It is great to see how much progress has been made on this development in the last three years. These new aerial images really demonstrate how close we are to completion, and they also show the variety of house types and the setting in the desirable area of Stainsby.

“With most properties now occupied, there is a thriving community on the development. The one remaining home at Kingsbrook Wood is a four-bedroom detached ‘Carlisle’ house type with integral garage, and Help to Buy is available on this plot. We are looking forward to seeing this last high specification home reserved and the final residents moving in to complete the community.”

Story Homes has rapidly expanded into the North East in recent years, with Kingsbrook Wood being one of its 11 developments across Northumberland, North Tyneside, County Durham and Teesside. This year, the housebuilder was awarded a five-star rating for customer satisfaction from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) and the National House Building Council (NHBC) for the fourth consecutive year. Customers rated their buying experience with an outstanding satisfaction rate of 92 per cent, and more than nine in 10 customers said they would recommend Story Homes to a friend.
