Hambleton District Council has a new chairman!
Councillor John Noone (pictured Lt) has taken over as civic leader of the authority for the coming year. He has been a district councillor since 2011, representing the Bedale ward. He will be accompanied by his wife, Mrs Diane Noone during his year in office.
Councillor David Hugill (pictured Rt), ward member for Osmotherley and Swainby, is the new vice chairman.
