| Leading North East builder and specialist joinery company T Manners & Sons, has announced the appointment of Steve Bell in the newly created position of Land and Partnerships Director.
Steve brings with him a wealth of experience and industry knowledge in a career that spans 30 years in the construction sector. Most recently, Steve was Land and Partnerships Director at Keepmoat Homes. Prior to this, he was with Gus Robinson Developments and Thirteen Housing Group where he held the roles of Managing Director and Development Director respectively. In each of his previous roles, Steve has led on the acquisition of land for the development of new and much needed affordable homes to be built across the North East and North Yorkshire.
