New Home Care Service Opens in Northumberland and North Tyneside

A new, high quality home care company is now delivering services across Northumberland and North Tyneside. Pinnacle Cares recently secured their CQC registration in July 2017 and the firm has now appointed it’s first care team, employing six new members of staff.

David Ferguson, CEO, said: “We are absolutely delighted to secure our CQC registration and we’re looking forward to
providing high quality, responsive and personalised care in the home to older people.

We’re proud to employ all of our Senior Support Workers on guaranteed, salaried contracts with some of the best pay
rates. We believe that this will ensure our customers receive an unparalleled level of support and care, enabling them to live independently and with dignity at home.”

The new company offers a wide range of Home Care services in Northumberland and North Tyneside. The types of support available to older people includes help with medication reminders, grocery shopping and meal preparation, bathing and personal care, housekeeping and other chores. Their experienced Senior Support Workers are also available to provide specialist and complex care.

Newcastle Law Firm Mincoffs advised Pinnacle Cares from the outset. Associate Lucy Cook commented: “We have
thoroughly enjoyed working with David and the team at Pinnacle Cares, not least because of their passion and knowledge. We know that their proposition will drive up standards in the industry and wish them every success for the future.”
