Screen Shot 2015-07-06 at 10.34.49Middlesbrough is set to benefit from a new leisure destination with new restaurant / bar / café units becoming available on Albert Road, adjacent to the new 138 bed Holiday Inn Express which opens on 12th August.

The units are situated on the Albert Road frontage of The Cleveland Shopping Centre, which is Middlesbrough’s principal retail destination, and overlook Centre Square and the Town Hall which is due to undergo an £8m refurbishment next year.

The new units will draw from the 195,000 + weekly footfall into the Cleveland Shopping Centre and from a total catchment in and around Middlesbrough of some 640,000 residents.
