A local tattoo artist has opened a new studio in Middlesbrough’s Dundas Market.
Stokesley man John Walsh has launched Tattoos by Walshy, after being off work recuperating from two major operations.
With nearly 30 years’ experience, John has owned and run tattoo studios across the country. Having recently returned to Stokesley, he was keen to set up his new business in the area.
“I wanted to get back to work after a long layoff, and thought that Dundas Market was an ideal location for my business,” says John. “Once I met Dundas Market Manager David Harris, who was most helpful, it did not take me very long to sign for the new unit.”
Mr Harris says: “Tattoos by Walshy is an ideal addition to our market and among a number of new traders who have started in the last few weeks, as word continues to spread that this is an ideal place to run a business in Middlesbrough.
“We want a broad range of traders in the Dundas Market, so if you are looking for a location for a new business like John, or want to re-locate an established business, please get in touch. We’ve still got a limited number of Enterprise Units available, where the rent is as little as £10 per day all in. There is just the rent to pay, no worries about costs for security, utilities and rates.”
Tattoos by Walshy offers all styles of tattoos and has literally thousands of designs which customers can choose from. It is open from 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Saturdays. To book an appointment call 07731 917545 or email Tattooz1@mac.com.
