Bringing together some of the leading lights of the North-East music scene, this special concert will celebrate the art of the duet, ranging from folk song to blockbuster pop hits.

Centred around Paul Smith (Maxïmo Park), who has curated this event, guest singers will bring their own distinct musical personalities to famous duets and the occasional cult curio.

Backed up by fellow Mercury Prize nominees, Field Music, this promises to be an eclectic, celebratory event, featuring acclaimed artists Rachel Unthank, Kathryn Williams, Ross Millard (The Futureheads) and Mara Carlyle.
