First Mortgage NE has welcomed seven new team members to its expanding workforce across the North East.
These latest recruits join the company at an exciting time after it celebrated its most successful year to date in 2018, and busiest month of business ever in January 2019.
The now 25-strong team works across the company’s eight North East branches in Gateshead, Newcastle, Sunderland, Chester le Street, Northumberland, Middlesbrough, Darlington and York.
Joining the Gateshead headquarters as branch manager, Jennifer Pattison brings a wealth of retail management experience with her, and will lead the Dunston team ensuring customer service remains consistently high. Also joining Jennifer’s team are mortgage and protection advisors Denise Morton and Rachael Leonard.
After qualifying as a mortgage advisor in 2002, Debbie Redpath has made the shift to compliance, moving into the Sunderland branch as a compliance officer. In her new role, Debbie will support the compliance manager to ensure the team is kept up to date with the latest industry guidelines.
Having worked in the financial sector for 18 years, Lorraine Robinson has started as a case manager based at the company’s Chester-le-Street branch. Lorraine will support clients through to completion of their mortgage offer.
Back at the Gateshead headquarters, Philip Jobson has taken the newly created role of insurance manager, responsible for all clients with insurance policies, whether residential or landlords insurance.
Supporting one of the company’s main target areas for growth this year, Rachael Kelly specialises in the new build sector, and has taken the role of new build manager.
