Newcastle United have confirmed that the club’s annual family Open Day will take place at St. James’ Park on Monday 1st August.
The event, which is free for fans of all ages, will feature access to a range of fun activities around the ground, including the chance to see a first team training session.
Supporters will be able to watch Rafa Benítez and his coaching staff at close quarters as they put the players – including new boys Isaac Hayden, Jesús Gámez, Matt Ritchie, Dwight Gayle and Matz Sels – through their paces on the pitch.
Last year’s event proved to be hugely popular; attracting around 14,000 supporters to the stadium.
A full schedule will be announced at www.nufc.co.uk shortly, with activities expected to stretch from 9am into the early afternoon.
