Nike ACG is All-Conditions Gear designed, tested and made for outdoor use. The latest collection of Nike ACG apparel arrives for summer 2020, complemented by the Nike ACG Air Deschutz, and emphasizes the necessity to adapt during warmer months when outdoor hikes lead to pond, river and lake exploration.
The collection, rooted in Nike ACG heritage and partly inspired by hiking in Japan, has color blocking, tongue-in-cheek graphics and lightweight, packable elements throughout.
“Part of the Nike ACG mission is to get more people into the outdoors and appreciate the environment,” says Nike Design Director Nur Abbas. “What’s really exciting about the latest ACG collection is that we have an increase in women’s offerings across the board. As we look ahead to next steps in the Nike ACG journey, we’re excited to bring more people into the beauty of nature through exploration — no matter who you are.”
The summer collection is highlighted by the women’s NRG ACG Bodysuit, delivering cool ventilation, sweat-wicking technology and UV protection in a one-piece silhouette. The women’s NRG ACG Tight features a power mesh behind the back of the knee for extra ventilation in hot and humid weather, plus reflective design elements. The men’s NRG ACG Vest, an ultimate cargo utility piece for the outdoors, has multiple pockets to store tools and valuables, and is lightweight and breathable with a mesh lining.
Additional styles include a women’s NRG ACG Crop Top, a women’s NRG ACG Short, a men’s GORE-TEX Paclite Jacket, a men’s NRG ACG Lightweight Jacket and more.
