NORTH EAST spa enthusiasts can now be among the first to enjoy the region’s newest, multi-million pound offering, with the launch of a special limited membership package.
This summer Ramside Hall Hotel near Durham will unveil The Spa at Ramside, providing state-of-the-art facilities, some of which have never been seen in the area before.
And to mark the new spa the hotel has created a special Founder Members package, which will offer a range of introductory benefits and a special rate.
The Founder Members – which will be limited to 200 – will automatically be enrolled into a loyalty point scheme and given 4000 complimentary points to be redeemed at the spa.
They will also receive a complimentary members’ guest pass and a personalised 60 minute treatment of their choice and invitations to exclusive events throughout the year.
“The guest experience is paramount and we’ve gone to great lengths to ensure we will provide all our members with a high end luxury spa experience right from the start,” said Jill Russell Spa Director.
‘’The interest so far has been absolutely incredible and even though we’ve just launched this package, we’ve already had a number of people sign up.”
The Spa at Ramside is due to open this summer and boasts a full size 25m swimming pool, large hydrotherapy pool, six thermal experience rooms including a glass sided amphitheatre sauna, fully equipped life fitness gym and two exercise studios.
It will also offer a weekly programme of over 40 varied classes including aerial yoga along with its own Spa Herb Garden complete with terrace and Vitality pool.
The spa will include 14 treatment rooms, a light relaxation room complete with a balcony infinity pool, a beauty snug including nail studio, a dark relax room with soundwave therapy and sleep pods and a Rasul mud chamber which can be enjoyed by groups of up to four people.
At the same time Wynyard-based Reef Hairdressing will be opening a salon within the spa, with guests also able to enjoy food at the Spa Fusion Restaurant.
“This will be one of the most exciting spas the North East has ever seen,” said Jill.
