After the popularity of the last Yoga Live session, Grace Johnson returns to deliver a unique Sunday morning yoga practice, bringing live music and yoga together.
Ada Frances also returns with Imogen Bose-Ward to accompany this full yoga session workout, bringing live acoustic folk vibes for a very special addition to your poses.
Expect an upbeat and playful vinyasa style flow, which both challenges, yet nurtures the body, mind and soul. Suitable for all levels, you will be guided through an accessible practice, uniting the breath, and movement with accompanying music.
This workshop will cater to all levels, however some experience of basic poses is recommended. Please bring a yoga mat with you and arrive in clothes suitably comfortable for yoga.

Giovanna’s Happy Mum, Happy Baby tour is a delightful addition to her Sunday Times number one Best Selling book of the same name which is her first non-fiction personal account of motherhood and discusses all aspects of parenthood.
Debuting at the end of February 2017, Giovanna’s Happy Mum Happy Baby podcast features a range of celebrity guests chatting openly and honestly about their own experiences as parents. It has phenomenal success and reached more than 4.6 million people over four series.
With nine titles under her belt so far, Giovanna is one of the UK’s most successful women’s fiction authors with her novel Some Kind of Wonderful becoming the second best-selling women’s fiction title of 2017. Transatlantic Sessions 2020

Following the success of their sold out US tour including a headline slot at Wilkesboro’s Merlefest, Transatlantic Sessions returns to the UK and promises, in the words of one critic, “…a mash-up of Celtic and American roots sounds in a sterling, invigorating and immensely satisfying night of music.” Country Standard Time, 2017.
Originating as part of the award-winning Pelicula/BBC TV series, Transatlantic Sessions continues to revisit shared roots and new common ground between today’s finest Celtic and Americana musicians. The project’s founding musical directors fiddle maestro Aly Bain and Dobro legend Jerry Douglas, lead the ultimate house band that includes John Doyle, Danny Thompson, Michael McGoldrick, Russ Barenberg, John McCusker, Donald Shaw and James Mackintosh. The show brings together the best of Nashville, Ireland and Scotland in a format that “affords these musicians the opportunity to play together for the love of the music they are playing.”
