A NORTH-EAST design agency is celebrating after creating an online banking tool, which has been praised by leading financial websites ‘moneysupermarket.com‘ and ‘moneyexpert.com’ and shortlisted for three awards.
Solution Group worked with Newcastle Building Society (NBS) to design and develop a unique ‘online calculator’ for customers to predict the amount of interest they might receive when investing in a range of ISAs.
Named ‘CustomISA’, the creative agency worked hard to develop the finance tool that would ensure a user-friendly experience for the investor making it as easy as possible to use by simply inputting the amount they wish to invest. The calculator then allows customers to interactively create their own custom ISA portfolio and generate a prediction of the interest they might receive.
Now, just three months from this launch, ‘CustomISA’ tool, along with the accompanying marketing campaign, has been shortlisted in the ‘new product category’ in this year’s Financial Services awards and in the Northern Chartered Institute of Marketing’s ‘business to consumer campaign of the year’ and ‘best low budget’ campaign.
The online tool has also been widely praised for providing an outstanding customer experience as it automatically updates when interest rates increase or decrease allowing access to accurate figures 24 hours a day.
