Houghton le Spring-headquartered Pacifica Group is expecting to build on a record year after posting a 32% rise in turnover to £36.1m for 2018.

The national home services company saw revenues rise from £27.2m in the previous year, buoyed by a number of acquisitions and significant contract wins.

It also saw its employee count increase to more than 470 staff, which includes a 250-strong network of engineers, with further job creation expected in 2019.

Pacifica Group is one of the UK’s largest providers of home services, including appliance and heating systems repair and maintenance, and product warranty solutions. It handles in excess of 4,500 jobs per week and comprises of Pacifica Home Services, Pacifica Appliance Services and UK Warranty.

The Group is now anticipating further growth, with turnover expected to exceed £42m in 2019.
