PARENTS and youngsters will be toddling in a good cause this week at a popular Middlesbrough playgroup.
Around 24 children from the Pavilion Project in North Ormesby will take part in the Barnardo’s Toddle on Friday, July 15.
The two- to four-year- olds will start their fund-raising effort at 10am on the North Ormesby Primary Academy field.
After a 20-minute toddle, the kids and grown-ups will head back to the Pavilion Project at North Ormesby Community Hub in Derwent Street for a party.
The event is part of the annual Barnardo’s Big Toddle which this year celebrates the charity’s 150th anniversary.
Big Toddles held across the country will see thousands of nurseries, playgroups, childminders, parents and public venues organise sponsored walks to help the UK’s most vulnerable children.
