North East chartered surveyor and estate agent Bradley Hall is celebrating further expansion at its Gosforth office with the appointment of area valuer Liz Humphreys.

The appointment comes following a successful year for its Gosforth operation, with high demand for property in the affluent Newcastle suburb, driving forward sales and acquisitions of both new and existing properties in the area.

Liz, who is 43 and from Longframlington, joins the team after almost 30 years in the property industry. After following her parents footsteps at a young age, Liz began handling the sales of houses before moving into valuations.

The new member of the team now oversees valuations across the company’s Gosforth and Alnwick operations, covering areas from Berwick to Gateshead.

Liz said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for me to join an established and successful property firm. Bradley Hall has a range of impressive current and future projects which provides the opportunity for me to continue to grow professionally.

“I am looking forward to joining the leading North East property firm at such an exciting time of growth and expansion for the business, and I hope to play a part in further developing the company and becoming an integral part of the team.”

The appointment adds to another successful year of growth and expansion for Bradley Hall; which also recently added a building surveying and a planning and design arm. Its expansion strategy is set to see the team grow from 35 to 50 people across its residential and commercial offices in the North East.
