RMT Accountants & Business Advisors is looking to extend its operations in the south of England after investing in new central London offices.
The Gosforth-headquartered firm has moved into new premises in Cavendish Square and is expecting to create a number of new jobs there as it builds its southern client base.
The new office will focus primarily on business recovery and restructuring service work, with experienced insolvency professional Manjit Shokar joining the firm as its head of recovery and insolvency for London and the south.
Manjit brings almost 25 years’ professional services sector experience to his new role and is a licensed insolvency practitioner.
He began his career in the office of the Official Receiver and has held senior business recovery roles with a number of the best-known names in the professional services sector.
RMT Accountants is part of the Sumer Group, the UK’s fastest-growing accountancy firm, which delivers professional support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland and employs over 3,000 staff across more than 80 offices.
