ROCK AROUND THE CHRISTMAS TREE AT RAMSIDE HALL HOTEL

GUESTS CAN step into Christmas at a leading County Durham hotel, thanks to a whole host of festive events.

Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa has unveiled its themed party nights in the countdown to the big day.

And this year’s series celebrates the music of greats with shows featuring tribute acts Rock Stewart, Stayin’ Alive Bee Gees Tribute, George Michael by Randall Butler and Radio Ga Ga.

Party-goers can also dance to tracks from bygone eras at nights inspired by favourite decades like Boogie Nights, Back to the 80s and Relive the 90s, or enjoy the soundtracks of much-loved musicals and films at Movicals.

Fancy dress is welcome and, along with live bands and vocalists ensuring the celebrations continue until late, guests will also enjoy a three-course dinner.

Tim Boyd, general manager at Ramside Hall Hotel, believes the events are a fantastic way to get into the festive spirit.

“Christmas is the season for spending time with your nearest and dearest, whether it’s a work night out or an excuse to get merry with friends,” said Tim.

“Our party nights tick every box, with fantastic food, stellar entertainment and some brilliant themes lined up.

“The series is always great fun and the team have pulled out all the stops this year by booking some incredible performers who will really get the party started.”

The Christmas party nights series starts on 29 November with dates throughout December and prices start at 24.95 per person.

And those hoping to continue the party into the new year can also make the most of January Christmas Disco Party Nights, Comedy Club Night and The Greatest Show, which take place the following month.
