North East-based CCTV design, supply and installation company – Hadrian Technology – has been named as one of Europe’s fastest-growing businesses in the fourth annual Inc. 5000 Europe rankings.

Hadrian Technology joins an elite group of companies – previous Inc. 5000 honourees have included the likes of Microsoft, Timberland, Vizio, Facebook, and Oracle.

The company was ranked 2,710 in the Inc.5000 league table, published online, which will also feature in a special edition of Inc. magazine later this month. The news follows a highly successful 18 months in which Hadrian Technology was named both a Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 company and FT 1000 fastest growing company.

North East-based Hadrian Technology advises clients on the design and installation of bespoke high-quality CCTV solutions, operating software and digital cloud-based storage through to ongoing maintenance. Established in 1999 by Stuart Ferguson and Gary Trotter, the company has a proven-track record of delivering CCTV security systems for a diverse range of retail, leisure, hospitality and public sector companies and organisations across the UK and Ireland.

Through partnering with industry-leading manufacturers and software providers, including Videcon, Dell, Hikvision, Ocucon, Vista, Concept Pro, Everseen, Facit and Avigilon, Hadrian Technology is at the forefront of advanced digital analytics and has specialist knowledge and expertise in combatting the ‘slips and trips’ claims culture that currently costs businesses more than £800m a year. Its easy-to-use operating systems offer leading business intelligence and analytics, including off-site monitoring, people counting and identification and heat mapping.

Hadrian Technology Co-Founder Gary Trotter, said: “We’re immensely proud to yet again be recognised as one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies. Being named as both an Inc. 5000 Europe and FT 1000 fastest growing company is a tremendous accolade and one that has only been possible thanks to the hard work of our dedicated and highly-skilled team. We’re looking forward to continuing the outstanding sales growth and even though we’re only two months into the year, our order book for 2018 is already exceeding last year’s order book. It promises to be a great year!”
