THE North East’s most luxurious spa is giving members the chance to get in tip-top shape for summer, both physically and holistically.
The Spa at Ramside is offering holistic coaching sessions and a relaxing spa treatment to anyone who signs up for membership this spring, as well as the chance to get fighting fit and beach ready before the holiday season begins.
Based at Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa in County Durham, the spa will give new members four holistic coaching sessions across four consecutive weeks to help kick-start their fitness plans.
The coaching sessions form part of the spa’s Holistic Health Plan which covers all areas of wellbeing and is tailored to the individual.
As well as the coaching sessions, new members will be given the chance to relax and unwind after hitting the gym with a with 60-minute treatment of their choice.
“At this time of year we find many people want to join a gym to get themselves in better shape ahead of their summer holiday,” said spa director Joanne Green.
“While some people want to simply tone up a bit to get bikini-ready before they hit the beach, many are looking to overhaul their lifestyle completely, and this is where our Holistic Health Plan can really be of benefit.
“We believe that while fitness is important, health and wellbeing should be as big a focus and our plan and coaching sessions aim to help people improve in all areas with personal programmes and targets.”
Spa membership includes unlimited use of the spa and gym facilities, admission to more than 40 exercise classes, bi-annual drinks receptions, regular offers and challenges, social events and discounts at the hotel’s restaurants and bars, golf shop and salon.
