A leading North East health clinic has a reason to smile after partnering up with a well known private dental practice in the region.
Yarm-based HealthHub Clinics has teamed up with Alpha Dental Studio and as a result, has expanded its business and services into Catterick Garrison.
HealthHub, which delivers a full range of physical, mental and social wellbeing services, will operate out of the Hildyard Row practice, offering osteopathy, acupuncture and sports rehab therapy.
The move will also create job opportunities for both current HealthHub clinicians and new staff, with the need for an acupuncturist and a sports therapist in the short term and potential positions opening up for a physiotherapist and another osteopath.
Speaking about HealthHub’s growth, osteopath Julian Crossley, said: “Having been around for 23 years, we are very well established within the Yarm area, so now feels like the right time to grow.
“Alpha Dental is one of the best private dental practices in the North East and as one of the leading private health care clinics in the region, we have come to realise our services, though quite different, are also compatible.
“With its exceptional track record, Alpha Dental also gives us the ability to grow steadily, something which is vital to us and our clients.”
Formerly known as Yarm Osteopaths, HealthHub has 19 associate practitioners and has treated over 7500 patients across the Tees Valley and beyond.
2016 has already proved to be a year of growth for the Company. A major rebrand at the beginning of the year was followed by the clinic joining up with top Pilates instructor, Vicky Rees, and former SSI worker and current life coach, Heather Baker-Heriott.
It is HealthHub’s ambition to grow, alongside its professionalism, which first appealed to Alpha Dental Group partner, Dr David Birkin.
Having launched the first Alpha Dental Studio out of Catterick Garrison in 2008, the group now boasts an impressive 11 established practices with five partners.
