A LUXURIOUS North East spa is now welcoming business people for lunch with the launch of an exciting new menu.
The Spa at Ramside, based at Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa in County Durham, has introduced a new deal for executives in its Fusion restaurant.
The restaurant, which serves Asian meals and snacks prepared with fresh ingredients, is offering its two-course business lunch menu, priced at £14.95 per person, from noon-2pm Monday-Friday.
It includes a choice from five delicious starters, including honey ribs, chicken satay, tempura of king prawns, tom kha gai – a chicken and coconut soup – and vegetable spring roll.
This is followed by one of three main courses – Pad Thai, traditional Thai curry or Shanghai noodles with chicken or tofu.
All of Fusion’s dishes are made with fresh, locally-sourced produce to create a delicious blend of classic yet innovative eastern flavours, all served in an elegant yet relaxed dining area.
Fusion manager, Tom Hall, said the new menu has been launched to cater for a growing number of business people who choose Ramside as a place for business lunches and meetings.
“Thanks to our proximity to major roads like the A1 and A690, we are perfectly placed for meetings,” he said. “We attract a lot of business people to the hotel looking for somewhere smart and unusual for lunch, and we decided the Spa’s Fusion restaurant would be the ideal place.
“Our business lunch menu will be available every weekday, and we firmly believe we offer a first class venue like no other. Our talented chefs take pride in their fantastic food, and the restaurant is luxurious but laid back, and the ideal environment to enjoy a long business lunch or meeting.”
