AN Asian-inspired restaurant at one of the North East’s most luxurious spas is becoming a hit with early risers looking for a spot of brunch.
Fusion restaurant, part of the multi award-winning spa at Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa is continuing to win fans with its exciting brunch selection, which runs alongside its popular lunch and dinner menus.
Judges from the Good Spa Guide – who last week awarded the spa another 5 Bubble rating – were impressed with the selection of dishes available, describing it as ‘a great brunch, from smoked salmon and scrambled eggs to a full English or granola and yoghurt’.
They also referenced that ‘portions are large’ and highlighted the choice of food available all day.
Many of the spa’s day offers and breaks feature brunch as part of the deal, but the spa is now also attracting visitors looking for a freshly-prepared brunch.
“Fusion has been popular since the day we opened, and we have always welcomed visitors who aren’t spa or hotel customers on lunchtimes and evenings,” said Tom Hall, Fusion manager.
“Now word has spread about our large brunch menu and we are finding more and more people are visiting us on a morning to sample it for themselves.
“Thanks to our location and proximity to major roads like the A1 and A690, we are perfectly placed for access, and offer an ideal place for business people looking for somewhere a little different for meetings.”
Brunch is served daily from 8.30-11am. Lunch is available until 5pm while dinner is served from 5.30pm –9.30pm.
