Hopping Across The North East From Hub To Hub

Spooky Halloween Stops for Sophie

ByDean Midas

Sep 3, 2019 #charity
Dean Midas Maynard & his team are spending the whole of October in as many haunted sites across the North East as possible…and it’s all for charity.
Dean’s ghost hunting escapades will raise funds for the Sophie Lancaster Foundation (www.sophielancasterfoundation.com), and he has set up a Just Giving page so you can sponsor him during his spooky quest. (details below)
Dean said “We are going to visit as many haunted places as we can in October, finishing on Halloween night, we have a few on board, but need more, so if any venues are interested in helping, please get in touch”
On 11th August 2007, Sophie Lancaster and her boyfriend were kicked, stamped on and left unconscious, for nothing more than looking different. Sophie later died from her injuries. She was just 20 years old.
