Hopping Across The North East From Hub To Hub

ANY community, sport or musical groups that want to add to the exciting atmosphere of the East Cleveland Klondike Grand Prix still have time to apply for grants from the Tees Valley Community Foundation (TVCF).

Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, East Cleveland Villages Big Local have linked with Tees Valley Community Fund to support the East Cleveland Klondike GP through a grant scheme, which allows all Community and Sports groups the chance to apply for up to £1,000 from an overall pot of £15,000 which is specifically for events and activities around the East Cleveland Klondike on the 29th April 2018.

There is still time left to apply for funding, with a deadline of Wednesday 28 February for bids to be submitted in enough time for funding to be allocated before the East Cleveland Klondike GP which is coming back for its second running.

This new grant scheme comes after a successful trial that allowed members of the community and musical groups to showcase their talents by applying for grant money from the community fund. Your event needs to be based around supporting and showcasing the Klondike.

It is hoped that even more groups will apply for funding this time round, to help add atmosphere in East Cleveland.

Any constituted group wishing to submit an application should visit http://www.teesvalleyfoundation.org/ for more information, and applications can be submitted directly here: www.tfaforms.com/422081
