BUDDING ballroom dancers can enjoy a night of Tango and Tapas at a top Tyneside venue.
El Paso, at Osborne Road, Jesmond, has joined forces with Age UK Gateshead and Northumberland to lay on two evenings, inspired by all things Latino.
On Thursday 13 December and 23 January 2019, it is holding Tango and Tapas evenings for those who want to try out some fancy footwork along with some traditional Spanish cuisine
A professional ballroom dancer will kick off the evening by instructing participants in the flamboyant steps of a Ballroom Tango.
El Paso’s chefs will then round off the evening with an assortment of authentic Spanish tapas dishes, such as Spanish style chorizo, tortillas and patatas bravas, along with a jug of sangria.
