A professional development training business is expanding further less than a year after launching as demand exceeds expectations.
Georgina Selmi, from Great Broughton near Stokesley, launched Bespoke Professional Development and Training (BePro) in 2014 providing tailored, flexible professional development qualifications.
Since launching at the Terry Dicken Business Park in Stokesley in January, BePro has seen a better-than-expected growth in people wanting to study on its CMI courses thanks to its flexible training options.
Georgina has now joined forces with her Mum, Val Swales, to expand the number of courses on offer to include HR, and has expanded into training premises at Teesside University in Middlesbrough for increased accessibility. Val, likeGeorgina, has many years’ experience in delivering professional development training at colleges and universities throughout the North East.
BePro is increasing its offering to include HR courses and is now able to provide foundation level 3 and intermediate level 5 CIPD HR courses at its locations in Stokesley and Middlesbrough, as well as in-house and on organisations’ own premises.
Georgina said: “I’ve been really pleased with the incredible response from businesses and individuals all over the Teesside and North Yorkshire area interested in our training. So much so that we have now recognised the need to expand our delivery options and also provide HR accredited programmes to supply the demand.
“BePro can offer these flexible approaches to HR and management qualifications as we have carefully designed the professional development options to easily fit around busy lives. We also offer candidates the choice of different delivery venues and methods and this means our candidates will benefit from the vast expertise and resources that we can offer as a team.”
The courses for level 3 and 5 start in September in Stokesley and Middlesbrough. For enrolment details or more information visit http://beprodevelopment.co.uk/
