Customers of Dale & Valley Homes, Durham City Homes and East Durham Homes have until 5pm on Monday, 17 August to take part in the Annual Survey of Tenants and Residents, STAR, by post or online at www.opinionresearch.co.uk/STAR2015

The local landlords, as part of County Durham Housing Group, issued the survey to 11,000 randomly selected customers to seek their views on areas like the quality of their home, the standard of their estate, and how they choose to receive day-to-day housing services.

Joe Gash, Performance and Quality Manager at East Durham Homes, said: “Don’t miss this opportunity to have your say on the day-to-day services that affect your home and estate.”

Brian Abbott, Performance Manager at Dale & Valley Homes, continued: “We really do want to hear from as many people as possible to give us a better picture of where we’re doing well, and areas where we need to improve.”

And Rachel Edmunds, Head of Service Improvement at Durham City Homes, concluded: “This is your opportunity to make a difference and help us to make the changes that our tenants want to see.”

Customers who take part will have the opportunity to be entered into a free prize draw with the chance of winning up to £200 of shopping vouchers.

Any survey queries, including requests for large print or other alternative formats, should be directed to Catherine Nock at Opinion Research Services Ltd (ORS) on 01792 535 335 or email catherine.nock@ors.org.uk

A similar survey will be conducted in 2016 for those tenants not contacted this year – for more information emailperformance@cdhg.co.uk
