The Thirteen Group lettings team is ‘popping up’ in Thornaby town centre to offer help and advice to people looking for a home to rent in the area.
A pop-up shop will be open at Thornaby Pavilion from 11am – 2pm every Thursday until 4thAugust.
Representatives from the Thirteen lettings team will be showcasing available properties, some offering immediate occupation, no bond and no administration fees.
Joanne Andrews, Lettings Team Leader from Thirteen Group, said: “Our lettings team is going out into the community to engage with people who are looking for housing assistance and perhaps aren’t sure where to go for help.
“We will be able to advise on where properties are available, who is eligible for housing and offer support right throughout the whole rental process.”
