Hopping Across The North East From Hub To Hub

TSG’s Chief Technology Officer Paul Burns 1North East-based company Technology Services Group (TSG) is celebrating its latest international award for innovation.

The EMEA Solution Innovation Award was presented in Nintex’s fifth annual partner awards at the 2016 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in Toronto, Canada, and saw TSG come out on top of more than 100 entries.

The awards recognise partners that are driving global awareness and adoption of Nintex’s Workflow Automation platform with innovative programs and solutions.

The Solution Innovation Award recognises the ingenuity, technical sophistication and business impact of a partner’s solutions.

For TSG the winning solution has already been a much lauded customer service success story for national housing association Home Group, also based in the North East.

Tony Hughes, SharePoint Specialist at TSG, said: “News of this award caps off a fantastic few days for this particular solution. Earlier this week Home Group also picked up three Silver Awards at the Directors’ Club’s 2016 National Contact Centre Improvement Awards.

“The Home Group solution uses workflow and forms to guide customer service representatives to the right, controlled response regardless of their level of experience. What caught Nintex’s attention was how the technology was being used and that the data captured from the calls and guided questioning was not used as would traditionally be the case. They visited the site to see it in action, and understood the system immediately.”

The solution for Home Group has reaped immediate benefits for the housing association saving it £220,000 in the first year in first time dispatch accuracy and an error rate now below three per cent. The time taken to train new call operatives has also reduced dramatically from 30 days to just ten days.

“This really is excellent news for TSG and a true reflection the expertise of our award winning SharePoint team,” said Paul Burns, Chief Technology Officer at TSG.

“This is the most important category at Nintex’s partner awards and is fiercely competed with over 100 entries this year. We were runners up in 2015 so to win this year just confirms the level of quality and consistency we have.

“SharePoint and Nintex’s technology form the basis of a number of customer success stories we are currently deploying to create better business processes and efficiencies for our customers.”

Nintex’s VP of Channels and Product Marketing Josh Waldo added: “TSG is a well-deserving winner in the 2016 Nintex Partner Awards. Nintex’s success is based on the success of our global partner network and our 6,000-plus customers.

“From automating workflows and the generation of documents to close sales deals faster, to securing approvals to bring new products to market, to streamlining the employee induction process – everyone who is part of the Nintex community is positively improving the way in which we work.”
