The Census, which is published by The Drum, provides a comprehensive review of the independent digital and marketing agency landscape in the UK. The census is comprised of three primary polls measuring financial performance, client satisfaction and peer recognition.

Visualsoft, which offers a range of eCommerce solutions including website design, development and online marketing services, was ranked 1st in the client poll, 3rd in the peer poll, and number 26 in the financial poll at the breakfast event on Wednesday morning. The company also gained an additional accreditation – appearing second in the Elite table, which ranks the highest performers from the three polls combined.

Dean Benson, Chief Executive Officer at Visualsoft, says: “We’re incredibly proud to be featured so prominently throughout The Drum’s independent report, and especially topping the polls as a result of feedback from our clients”.

According to the Drum, “Visualsoft topped the client poll with consistent performance across our entire range of metrics aided by particular high ratings for On Time and On Budget. Of the 23 agencies reviewed for this size group, the agency was ranked number one across six out of seven criteria.

“The company has shown an exceptional performance in the client poll supplemented by a strong showing in the peer vote”.
